Patient Check-in Process

In order to make sure the waiting room is not crowded and patients maintain a safe social distance from each other, staff will inform the individual when it is appropriate to come in to the office to check-in for their appointment. When check-in is completed an MA will take the patient directly to an exam room to avoid sitting in the waiting room if possible. If the patient needs wheelchair assistance, please notify the front desk when calling.

Bel Air: Patients will call the front desk at 410-832-3400 ext.3888 to notify staff that they have arrived in the parking lot.

Glen Burnie: Patients will call the front desk at 410-832-3400 ext. 5888 to notify staff that they have arrived in the parking lot.

Towson Clinic 5th floor: Patients will call the front desk at 410-832-3400 ext. 2888 to notify staff that they have arrived in the parking lot.

Towson DME Services 4th floor: Patients will call the front desk at 410-832-3400, ext. 2925 to notify staff that they have arrived in the parking lot.

White Marsh: Patients will call the front desk at 410-832-3400 ext. 4888 to notify staff that they have arrived in the parking lot. *MedStar staff is taking the temperature of all visitors at the entrance to the building. Once complete please proceed to the 3rd floor with the form containing your temperature. If you are denied admittance to the building due to a fever, please go to your car and call the PCCAB Offices at 410-832-3400 ext. 4888 to let us know and re-schedule your appointment via telemedicine.
